AGENDA  GA STATE BMX   MEETING AUGUST 23RD   2008.

ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR GA STATE BMX.

 

1.      Thank you  Monster Energy Drinks and Kovachi Wheels as our 2008 sponsors.  There will be a lucky moto winner  for the Kovachi Wheels .

 

 

2.      September 13th is our State Championship.  Cash only will be accepted day of racing for this event.

 

3.      All board positions come up for elections at the State Championship.  Please review the positions on www.georgiabmx.org.  We are adding a points clerk position for 2009 as Ga State continues to grow. The clerking positions are only open to qualified licensed NBL officials.  Please feel free to contact your existing board members for any questions you may have should you consider running for a position on the board.  Shayne Robinson will again be running for State Commissioner, Reed Bradford and Carolyn Grant are retiring.  The due date for nominations is September 7th midnight.  Thank you.

 

4.      Please make sure that all jersey sizes are in to Shayne before August 20th   All jerseys will arrive after the State Championship from Hot Shoppe and will be shipped to your local track.  Due date is September 24th. At the State Championship you will receive your number plate, number and trophy.
