ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR GA STATE BMX.

1. Thank you Monster Energy Drinks and Kovachi Wheels as our 2008 sponsors. There will be a lucky moto winner for the Kovachi Wheels .

2. Pro-am series will be run at each and every State Qualifier. A big thank you to Thomas Harper for all his help and work in organizing this.

3. August 23rd is our next State Qualifier in Columbus. This is the rain out date.

4. All board positions come up for elections at the State Championship. Please review the positions on www.georgiabmx.org. We are adding a points clerk position for 2009 as Ga State continues to grow. The clerking positions are only open to qualified licensed NBL officials. Please feel free to contact your existing board members for any questions you may have should you consider running for a position on the board. Shayne Robinson will again be running for State Commissioner, Reed Bradford andCarolyn Grant are retiring. The due date for nominations is September 7^th midnight. Thank you.

5. Please make sure that all jersey sizes are in to Shayne before August 20^th All jerseys will arrive after the State Championship from Hot Shoppe and will be shipped to your local track. Due date is September 24^th. At the State Championship you will receive your number plate, number and trophy.
