AGENDA TRACK DIRECTORS MEETING JANUARY 6^TH 2007.

1. Roll call
2. Ga State Packages for 2007 to each track.
3. State Commissioner welcome.
4. Mail outs completed for 2007 start dates .
5. All track race schedules available please.
6. BW Scholarship races to be finalized. PTCBMX April 15^th
7. $700 for Presidents Cup. Money to go to riders? What form? Incentive for bigger team for 2007.
8. Mini State meeting at each SQ. This is State BIZ only, absolutely no track politics or problems will be open for discussion. Track Directors please use your monthly parents meeting to discuss policies and procedures. If State needs to know any major problems please feel free to either e-mail or call me prior to any SQ so that we may deal with it in a professional manner.
9. Anthony - discussion on utilizing myspace.com as a tool to communicate with your riders. Laptop presentation.
10. Websites. How useful? Are you current? Do you need more help?
11. Race reports to Carolyn Grant 48 hours after race.
12. Checks with race report to Shayne Robinson 48 hours after race. All addresses are on our website.
13. Competition Congress. Which tracks are sending representation?
14. Discussion on prize packages for 2007. Please bring ideas, samples , pricing if you have. State will again run a jersey design competition.
15. Team racing discussion.
16. Voting at the State Championship will be one NBL license, one vote. This will be announced at each SQ. You must present you license to vote.
17. Any ideas to share on advertising, new programs,sponsorship, please bring along to share.
