    5. Lida Beasley mentioned the grand opening of New Summit for Sponsorship. Lauren Hines discussed the New Race Program. Buddy Floyd discussed National & Regional races.

    Angela Edwards requested more volunteers for the Concession Stand.

  5. Financial Report – Todd Harbin presented the financial report.
  6. Open Forum: Granny made the suggestion to put in bylaws only sending 1 or 2 people to the Competition of Congress. Jason Beasley concerned about competition for classes. Wants to race with older riders. Discussed that program will not allow to change classes for insurance purposes. David Goin suggested recruiting more kids his age. Albert Johnson requested clinics to be given at the track and David said that he and Rob Potter were in the process of scheduling those. Buddy Floyd asked about activities such as pit bike races, trophy dash, skills race, etc. to be done throughout the year, majority said they wanted it.
