GA State MINUTES July 17^th 2010 STATE QUALIFIER #4

1. Roll Call. 1.45pm

2. Treasurer’s report. As of July 17^th ,just over $10000 in the bank. All information is available on our website www.georgiabmx.org

3. Reminder for riders to please check their local race count and their point history on our website www.georgiabmx.org. All point protests MUST be submitted in writing to lauriebmx@yahoo.com Points are considered final 30 days after they are posted.

4. Reminder that the positions of Ga State Commissioner and Treasurer come due for re-election. Please feel free to discuss with your current State Commissioner and Treasurer. The position of State Clerk and Points Clerk are also open, but you must be a licensed official with the NBL. These 2 positions are selected by the Board. Shayne Robinson , Thomas Gonzalez and Laurie Corley have put their names on the board for election in October for the 2011 season.

5. SQ #5 will be hosted by Peachtree City BMX on September 11^th. Start times remain the same.

6. Reminder that State Jersey sizes will be required at the State Championship. Riders will receive their jersey 4 weeks after the race at their local track.

7. Reminder that Ga State does pay your entry fee to the President.s Cup. Any questions about the Presidents Cup please speak to any one of your Ga State Team.
