The NBL Competition Congress.
Every year, the NBL hosts a congress for NBL track officials, active members and parents, and state officials. The NBL strongly encourages attendance, there is plenty to learn, people to meet and decisions to be made - and of course a little fun to be had! Generally this event (and it is an event) takes place in late January, or early February. Report backs: Columbus, OH in 2007
